The Chase and Chalke Landscape Partnership (LPS), hosted by Cranborne Chase National Landscape in Tollard Royal and supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, seeks a knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate Project Support Officer to support the Scheme in its final year. This multifaceted position involves supporting and working with the Chase & Chalke LPS team, partners, and stakeholders across a number of projects, encompassing financial and office administration, as well as project support.
As our Project Support Officer, you’ll provide administrative and financial support to our small dedicated team, ensuring the effective management of budgets, grant processing, and adherence to funding regulations. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining databases, supporting event coordination both planning and delivery, and preparing agendas and taking minutes.
We are looking for candidates with strong IT skills and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience. Your friendly nature, organisational expertise, and proactive problem-solving skills are indispensable for this pivotal role, shaping the Landscape Partnership Scheme’s ongoing success through collaborative teamwork and dedicated support.
